Kia ora and Welcome to the Hamilton East Methodist Parish

We are striving to be an intercultural church that follows Christ and strives to grow the Kingdom of God here in Hamilton New Zealand and around the world.

Parish Mission Statement: 
1: To be a witness to our faith through Jesus Christ our Lord
2: To provide a place of Christian worship and learning
3: To nurture the parishioners within a community of faith
4: To be an active Methodist presence on the East-side of Hamilton

Our Worship Times:

Every Sunday at our St John's (corner of Wellington and Grey Street):

English service is at 9:30 am 

Tongan service is at 1 pm 

Every Sunday at Wesley (on Heaphy Terrace):

English service is at 11 am 

Fijian service is at 2:30 pm

Please note: On the first Sunday of the month, we worship together for a combined

service at St John's at 9:30 am


We also have separate sessions during the week that all are welcome to join

WednesdayTongan community service 7 pm at St John's

Thursday: St John's choir meet on a Thursday night

Friday: Youth group 7:30 pm at St John's


Both English congregations have a Women's fellowship that meets monthly
